Artist's Description
Funny story. We were in Lake Arrowhead on April Fool's Day. We saw a banner that said "First Annual Lake Arrowhead Submarine Races, April 1, 2021." Struck us as odd, and then we saw the yellow submarine in the lake as seen to the left of the frame. Well, took us a minute, but, ha! April fools! As we sat there eating breakfast, just about everyone was fooled by the thing, if only for a minute. One large group of visitors came around the corner and started singing, "We all live in a yellow submarine..." It was fun and festive and a great little prank. Submarine races. Ha!
